This staring contributes to dryness and fatigue, leaving the eyes straining to see what’s in front of them.
Doctors say no one is exempt because most people around the world are using some form of smart device, and teenagers and young adults are worse off because they tend to be addicted to using their smartphones. Doctors point out that with more smart devices being sold, vision defects will probably become worse.
